Mr. Scott P. Serota serves as Manager of Health Intelligence Company, LLC. Mr. Serota has been Member of Advisory Board at Marathon Pharmaceuticals, LLC since December 20, 2016. Mr. Serota has been Chief Executive Officer and President of the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association (BCBSA) since 2000. Mr. Serota served as a senior executive, including two years as Chief Operating Officer. He also served as an Executive Vice President for System Development, responsible for new business, strategy and the Blue Technology Evaluation Center (TEC), the nation's leading source for evaluating the safety and efficacy of emerging medical treatments. From 1993 to 1996, Mr. Serota served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Chicago-based Rush Prudential Health Plans, where he led the integration of Rush-Presbyterian-St. Luke's Medical Center Health Plans and The Prudential. He also served as Vice President for Group Operations and Health Care Management with The Prudential Insurance Co., and as Vice President for Health Care Management at PruCare in St. Louis. Before joining The Prudential, he created and led Physicians Preferred Health Inc., a Missouri-based PHO. Mr. Serota was appointed by President George Bush to serve on the Policy Committee of the White House Conference on Aging, a bipartisan leadership group advising the Administration and Congress on policies, programs and services affecting the nation's older citizens. He is chairman of the Subcommittee on Health. He also is a member of the American Health Information Community (AHIC), a federally-chartered commission working with the department of Health and Human Services on advancing health information technology, including electronic health records. He is a founding member of the National Business Group on Health's Institute on Healthcare Costs and Solutions and a board member of the Council for Affordable Quality Healthcare and the National Center for Healthcare Leadership. He serves as Director of The National Alliance for Health Information Technology and BCS Financial Corporation. He is also on the board of HRET (Health Research & Educational Trust), Partnership for Prevention, Accrediting Commission on Education for Health Services Administration, National Alliance for Health Information Technology, and the Blue Healthcare Bank. He serves as a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and the Washington University School of Medicine National Council and chairs its Alumni Association Health Administration Program. Mr. Serota is a frequent featured speaker at leading business and industry forums and has spoken at the Detroit Economic Club, the Jonathan Club in Los Angeles and the World Healthcare Congress in Washington, D.C. He is active in a variety of community activities, ranging from youth sports to the Special Olympics. He was named a distinguished alumnus of the College of Science for 2006. He earned a bachelor's degree from Purdue University and a master's in Health Administration and Planning from Washington University School of Medicine.

Ms. Maureen E. Sullivan serves as Senior Vice President of Strategic Services at Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association. Ms. Sullivan oversees BCBSA's major strategic initiatives, including programs designed to increase healthcare quality, access and affordability, and is responsible for developing major growth strategies for Blue System inter-plan programs. Before assuming her current position, she served as Vice President of BCBSA Strategic Consulting Services. In this role, she was responsible for developing new business opportunities for the Blue System, as well as providing a variety of consulting services ??? including market segment strategy development, research on industry best practices and business analysis of healthcare reforms. She serves as a Director of Highway to Health, Inc. Prior to her career at BCBSA, she worked on the evaluation of the Brookline Early Education Project. She has been a Director of The Advertising Council, Inc. since April 13, 2016. Ms. Sullivan earned a Master's Degree in public policy from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. She also holds a Bachelor's Degree with honors from Albertus Magnus College.

Dr. Allan M. Korn is currently employed at Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association in the position of Senior Vice President of Clinical Affairs and Chief Medical Officer. Dr. Korn serves as Medical Director for BCBSA and oversees the Technology Evaluation Center (TEC), an independent, applied health service research organization that uses an evidence-based methodology for the assessment of clinical technologies. He also represents BCBSA with governmental agencies, regulatory bodies and accrediting entities, and oversees the National Council of Physician Executives made up of senior BCBS company physicians that advise the Association. Before joining BCBSA, Dr. Korn served as Vice President and Chief Medical Officer for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois. From 1994 until 1996, Dr. Korn was Senior Vice President, Medical Affairs for Premier Health Alliance, where he provided strategic direction and product development for risk adjusted IP and OP clinical data systems. Earlier, he served as a Principal for William M. Mercer, Inc. and as Vice President, Medical Affairs for Healthcare Compare/Affordable Healthcare Network. From 1976 until 1986, he was an internist at St. Mary's Medical Center in Evansville, Indiana. Dr. Korn received a Bachelor of Science and Medical Degrees from Tufts University. He completed his internship and internal medicine residency at Chicago Wesley Memorial Hospital and at the Mayo Clinic. Dr. Korn is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians and is a member of the American Medical Association. He a member of the Board of Directors of e-Health Initiative, Bridges to Excellence, is a member of the Hospital Quality Alliance and Ambulatory Care Quality Alliance and sits on the Steering Committees of Prometheus and Connecting for Health. He has served on several Institute of Medicine Roundtables.

Mr. Duke Williams is the Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana. He was a Private Assets Manager at Teachers' Retirement System of Louisiana. He joined TRSL in June 2015 as Director of Investment Operations. Prior to that, he was the Director of Investment Operations at Louisiana State University Foundation. At the foundation, he covered various asset classes, including alternatives, performed manager due diligence and conducted performance measurement, among other responsibilities.

Ms. Alissa Fox serves as Senior Vice President of Office of Policy and Representation at Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association. Ms. Fox's background includes more than three decades of political, legislative and policy expertise. She also served as Vice President of legilative and regulatory policy for Blue Cross. She has served on a variety of issues, including the uninsured, health information technology and Medicare.

Mr. Robert J. Kolodgy has been Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President at Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association (BCBSA) since February 23, 2009. Mr. Kolodgy oversees BCBSA's finance division and the National Employee Benefits Administration, which manages benefit programs for participating Blue Cross and Blue Shield companies. He served as Chief Strategic Business Development Officer at Promedica Health System. Formerly, he served as Senior Vice President of Operations and Finance for ProMedica Insurance Corporation, a division of ProMedica Health System, a Toledo-based integrated health system. Earlier in his career, he also held executive positions with hospitals in New York and Ohio, and was a senior consultant with Deloitte Consulting. He serves as a Director at The Regional Growth Partnership. Mr. Kolodgy earned his undergraduate degree in business from Miami University and a master's of business administration from Notre Dame.
