We have barely heard from the new CIO Bridget Engle. Constant reorgs do now allow for really getting to know the managers in the hierarchy. Managers tend to be the white men who have been around and processes are slow to change. There are a lot of really great team leaders but with all the chaos it has been difficult to be effective.
