Used to be very flexible. On paper its up to the line manager. In reality, the CEO hate work from home so you have to have an extremely compelling case (i.e. medical) to be allowed a regular schedule. Ad-hoc arrangements are OK but are monitored for patterns (if it looks like a regular thing, you will be in trouble).
Company strongly prefers on premises work arrangements. Availability for work from home has been significantly restricted recently, even for those granted prior approval. Exceptions are made for medical reasons and the like, but otherwise not available.
We are able to work from home two days per week. Unfortunately, in prior years we were able to work from home five days per week.
Excellent now that the CEO back pedaled.
