
It is hard to improve a perfect work culture when you already have team work, respect, knowledge sharing. When the Bosses what you to know what they know, which makes everyone better. All ideas are respected, this is a perfect place to work.
I like the culture here but if I would like to see an improvement, I would say in the areas of employee engagement. Some employees are shy and don't like to participate in company activities or with other employees.
1. Reward employees for performance monthly by department. 2. Improve employee perks 3. Offer Stand up desk option 4. Increase compensation not only at the end of the year
