Stay laser focused and try to know as much as you can so that you are up and running hitting the ground right away. Pay attention to any training's that might be offered to you and do not hesitate to provide your constructive feedback which might help BQE.

Don't be afraid to as for help if you need it. Everyone is busy but very responsive if you ask for help. If you ask questions up front you would be better equipped from beginning to do your work more efficiently.
