What should I wear for an interview at Braintree?
Definitely not a suit. Just wear something nice but not too formal.
Nothing too formal - don’t wear a suit! Braintree is very much a casual workplace. For an interview, semi-formal (nice pants and a sweater or something) is just fine.

My experience was that Braintree's engineering department had solved all the big problems and there were no interesting challenges left to solve.

That varies widely based on the position you’re interviewing for. Expect to meet with multiple people.
