Employees have access and very good transparency
Brandwatch cares about their employees. They are constantly asking for feedback and take things into action to improve morale. For example, the NA employees now have the same vacation days as our headquarters, 25 vacation days to be exact.
Less politics between middle managers, departments
Toxic culture, no growth, inexperienced management
HUGE turnover, with most employees leaving after less than two years, which is a bad look even for the tech industry. I regret working at Brandwatch. It was a mess of an organization and a niche market.
