Employees have access and very good transparency
They need more experience in the industry
Strategic direction, supporting employees, improving process flows
Paid OK for a pandemic, but this is not typical, as most employees complain of being underpaid
Flexible working and working from home becoming increasingly accepted
401K Match and low cost of employee contribution to health plan.
being paid more than the *base pay* of a fresh salesperson. It's not a very high bar, but I know I bring more value to Brandwatch that a salesperson who sells nothing in a given month.
I've been interviewing and I know for a fact that Brandwatch is below market in terms of salaries, once I leave I'll prob get 20% raise (but I'm aiming for a 35% raise, which is achievable). And I'm speaking same job title.
Work life balance is really bad. You don't even have time for lunch. It started to get so bad that they implemented overtime pay because you work overtime pretty much every single day.
I have been denied promotions and pay raises.
I love my team, it's collaboration at it's best. My manager is also great, I'll miss them a lot when I leave. I get a lot of support from my manager
Some nice and diverse people here
No "teamwork" mentality. People are driven by individual success instead of teamwork and growth.
Less politics between middle managers, departments
My immediate team is very laidback, collaborative, honest. I can speak my mind with them, we even tell each other how much we make so we can get equal pay. Managers are good at creating this environment
I cant think of anything
Moving into a new space in 2016 did a lot to benefit the company culture.
Stop reinforcing the people that are known to create problems. Listen to employees, especially the many that are leaving
Listen to your people. Be humble. Ditch the nepotism
It was very streamlined, no 5-stage interview process. I had only 2 interviews, both with my future manager and then the VP
Nice interviewers and interesting questions
Very easy interviews, more behavioral focus

My team, my manager remote working, wellness days, opportunity to work with large companies, the industry itself
Brandwatch cares about their employees. They are constantly asking for feedback and take things into action to improve morale. For example, the NA employees now have the same vacation days as our headquarters, 25 vacation days to be exact.
I do not see how it can improve
The company is crumbling and people are leaving left and right.
