What did you like most about the interview process?It was very streamlined, no 5-stage interview process. I had only 2 interviews, both with my future manager and then the VP

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?My immediate team is very laidback, collaborative, honest. I can speak my mind with them, we even tell each other how much we make so we can get equal pay. Managers are good at creating this environment
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?being paid more than the *base pay* of a fresh salesperson. It's not a very high bar, but I know I bring more value to Brandwatch that a salesperson who sells nothing in a given month.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I've been interviewing and I know for a fact that Brandwatch is below market in terms of salaries, once I leave I'll prob get 20% raise (but I'm aiming for a 35% raise, which is achievable). And I'm speaking same job title.
