They need more experience in the industry
Strategic direction, supporting employees, improving process flows
being paid more than the *base pay* of a fresh salesperson. It's not a very high bar, but I know I bring more value to Brandwatch that a salesperson who sells nothing in a given month.
Work life balance is really bad. You don't even have time for lunch. It started to get so bad that they implemented overtime pay because you work overtime pretty much every single day.
I have been denied promotions and pay raises.
I've been interviewing and I know for a fact that Brandwatch is below market in terms of salaries, once I leave I'll prob get 20% raise (but I'm aiming for a 35% raise, which is achievable). And I'm speaking same job title.
No "teamwork" mentality. People are driven by individual success instead of teamwork and growth.
Less politics between middle managers, departments
Stop reinforcing the people that are known to create problems. Listen to employees, especially the many that are leaving
Listen to your people. Be humble. Ditch the nepotism

I do not see how it can improve
The company is crumbling and people are leaving left and right.
