More organization. It seems the company has become let organized over the last year.
Bridge is starting to go down the path of being too sales driven, which is driving people out.
Leadership is disorganized and say one thing but do another. Do what you say and keep people in mind.
The leadership needs to remember we are a people company. Make sure the people are happy, then everything else will fall in line.
