What do you like best about the leadership team?
Realistic, transparent leadership you can trust
Quite personable and know how to talk consulting
An amazing team of leaders that truly support and empower their employees to do their best work and grow. They also lead with empathy and humility which I highly admire.
They are extremely approachable, involved, and want to see people succeed - and are willing to help make that happen.
Leadership is forward-thinking and focused on growth without sacrificing employees' work-life balance. They value everyone's opinion and provide opportunities to develop your career.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership needs to remember we are a people company. Make sure the people are happy, then everything else will fall in line.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Paid a fair living wage

What are some of the best things about your team?
Reliability, dependability, fun, smart, creative
My team is strictly client based. I rarely have interactions with company team members.
Teamwork, Collaboration and support in everything we do. You never feel like you are alone on an island.
You get to work with people who are positive and people you enjoy getting to interact with. Everyone is incredibly smart and working towards the same goal.
Having a large group of talented consultants allows for a chance to collaborate with many different teams. There is a lot of mutual respect and willingness to collaborate and help each other out.

The vision of creating a modern workplace is something that encompasses how they treat employees, their clients, and the communities in which they live and work. It's a pleasant environment that makes you want to do your best work.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Bridge is starting to go down the path of being too sales driven, which is driving people out.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Meeting other leaders in the company
The people they had interview are personal and professional
Didn't have to complete a lengthy application.
I got to meet some of the people I would be working with, and each person made me think, "I want to work with/be like someone like that."
People were very candid and authentic. They did not waste time, or inundate you with tricky or convoluted questions. They were interested in my goals and interests.

Working with great people doing innovative work
I get to bring my genuine self to work every day and I don't have to be the smartest in the room - great team and leaders who support me.
The feeling of making a difference at not just the task at hand, but changing the way people work, which makes life better for everyone at Bridge Partners and in the working world in general.
Being able to work for a company that cares about important issues, as well as being challenged by different client work keeps things interesting.

My company is perceived to be sub-standard in terms of professional consulting in the Seattle tech arena
Go back to the roots of the company and what made Bridge successful.
Leadership is disorganized and say one thing but do another. Do what you say and keep people in mind.
