My experience working for Brilliant Earth was negative at best. Not only is upper management completely inept, but staff are underpaid and overworked.
Everyone is willing to help and better eachother
BE is a toxic work environment and they hide behind pretty jewelry. They under pay their workers and sweep major issues under the rug. Highly do not recommend.
