How employees describe working at Brilliant Earth

Strong culture, supportive. The missions give eveything purpose. The team is growing and is really exciting to see our growth year over year.

Good and allowed for a lot of good convos on retail and support for customers. Shame they dont tell you what your real day to day is - showroom and omnichannel and customer support and luxury clientelling and omitting as much info u can to not get sued

Please streamline customer service. I have had to talk with too many employees for the issues. Also, you need to own your mistakes when you make them. My ring and stone were damaged in the repair process and they tried to pass it off to me.

Selling non certified diamonds and marketing them as certified

BE is a toxic work environment and they hide behind pretty jewelry. They under pay their workers and sweep major issues under the rug. Highly do not recommend.
