Direct leader is awesome, executive leadership is sneaky and hides things from employees and the public.

I honestly do like everything
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel very undervalued. I am considered just a receptionist but majority of the time I bare the brunt of the escalations, and oftentimes get overwhelmed with walk in and pick ups. So much is thrown on your shoulders, with no thought of compensation or mental health
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is awesome. They are hilarious and knowledgeable and we all get along.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Good and allowed for a lot of good convos on retail and support for customers. Shame they dont tell you what your real day to day is - showroom and omnichannel and customer support and luxury clientelling and omitting as much info u can to not get sued
It was easy. They don't expect you to know anything about jewelry. They actually love hiring people who know nothing about the industry.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The quality of product is horrible. They break all the time and BE is unwilling to admit that we know about these issues and are doing nothing to stop it. Everything from items breaking to not making delivery dates.
