The leadership team at Brist is young, with that comes inexperience but they are constantly learning and progressing as a group, adapting to our considerable growth and continue to put measures in place to better take care of the internal team.

This is tricky, my compensation with the organization has got considerably better year over year. When I began we had no benefits, now we have 3% match IRA, Health & Dental and I am getting a closer to market rate wage. I believe management will continue to make an effort to improve this as we grow.
