Having a flexible schedule and support and recognition from management is extremely motivating for me. Both could be better at BMI.
Working for our affiliates seems to be the most motivating factor. More affiliate facing employee events would greatly benefit the culture at BMI.
Employees need to be more accountable for their responsibilities. It seems like a few hard workers make up for many workers who aren't as dedicated. My department often picks up the slack for other deparments that don't do their work.
Fewer interviews. I had 4 different days of interviews. Some were over the phone. I told the hiring manager that i was running out of excuses to tell my manager at the time for why i had to miss work. I was clearly qualified for the position and each interview went well. It was just overkill.
