
acknowledging and compensating GOOD employees. stop bullying employees with "take it or you don't have a job" attitude.
the upper management is always looking for a reason to pay employees less. Have had pay reduced and additional employees added to my paycheck every few months. upper management HATES to see anyone succeed and make money.
if upper management would stop threatening the jobs and pay of the shop technicians. Stop the bullying and forcing techs to take lower pay and do work for free or else lose their job or be transferred to a location to make you quit.
