Should not belittle employee in front of other employees or threaten to take him outside and always saying he does his job wrong

the upper management is always looking for a reason to pay employees less. Have had pay reduced and additional employees added to my paycheck every few months. upper management HATES to see anyone succeed and make money.
Team engagements have been non existent with Caliber Fall 2021. Important team Communication on business and updates should be sent regulary or posted. Then transparency is also important.

The culture shined through in the interview
I did not like having to be asked questions about my manager that I only knew for 3 weeks. I did not like questions during my onboarding experience. I felt that this was unfair uncalled for and full of judgement.
Interacting with customers, vendors made my day. My location was also nice and clean. Seeing other coworkers happy was important to me.

Nothing sick of being told all you do is wrong
if upper management would stop threatening the jobs and pay of the shop technicians. Stop the bullying and forcing techs to take lower pay and do work for free or else lose their job or be transferred to a location to make you quit.
