The visibility into company performance, expectations and overall status of the company be they good or bad.

A higher title and salary would make me feel better about my worth and the accomplishments that I've done since joining the company.

The diversity of not just the people but their backgrounds in where they come from. We've hired people from background such as Biology majors, English majors, even a Rocket Engineer. They all bring a different set of valuable skills to table and help our company grow!

The different problems to tackle and solve in order to put out a feasible resolution for a client. I find myself learning new things every week to add to my arsenal of knowledge that I can use to assist future endeavors both inside and outside of this company.

I started years ago, so the interview process was a few quick phone calls to introduce myself and what I bring to the table, so I cannot really speak for how it is today since it has evolved over the years so that we are hiring the best people.

The various teams and how they stand up and assist one another. The company works with various different applications and thus we have experts for each of those that make up a team. There aren't many problems that we can't tackle together! Also, the promotion of cross training is a great benefit!
