Mr. Phillip A. Reinsch, also known as Phil, has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Capstead Mortgage Corp. since July 14, 2016. Mr. Reinsch served as the Chief Financial Officer of Capstead Mortgage Corp. since July 22, 2003 until October 23, 2017 and its Secretary since July 2003 until October 23, 2017 and served as its Executive Vice President since July 2006 until July 14, 2016. Mr. Reinsch served as Treasurer of Capstead Mortgage Corp. since 2015. He served as Senior Vice President of Control of Capstead Securities Corporation IV. He has been Director of Capstead Mortgage Corp. since July 29, 2016. He served as Senior Vice President and Senior Vice President, Control of Capstead Mortgage Corp. since July 1998. He served at Capstead Mortgage Corp.'s as Vice President of Control from March 1993 to June 1998; Senior Vice President since July 2003 and as its Senior Vice President, Financial Accounting and Reporting from July 1998 to July 2003. He served as Vice President, Financial Accounting and Reporting of Capstead Mortgage Corp. from March 1993 to June 1998. Prior to that, Mr. Reinsch served at Ernst & Young LLP from July 1984 to March 1993 and also served as Audit Senior Manager.

Mr. Lance J. Phillips has been Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President and Secretary at Capstead Mortgage Corporation since October 23, 2017. Mr. Phillips serves as Vice President, Principal Accounting Officer and Controller of Hunt Utility Services, LLC. Mr. Phillips served as the Principal Accounting Officer, Vice President and Controller of InfraREIT, Inc. since May 19, 2016 until October 20, 2017, February 2014 until October 20, 2017 and November 2010 until October 20, 2017 respectively. Since joining Hunt in 2010, he has been Vice President and Controller of various Hunt affiliates, focusing primarily on the electric transmission and distribution business. Prior to joining Hunt, he served as the Controller of two other companies, both public and private. He has served in various executive capacities with the Ray L. Hunt family of companies since 2010, after beginning his career at Arthur Andersen, LLP as a member of the audit and advisory services group. Mr. Phillips graduated from Texas A&M University magna cum laude, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting. Mr. Phillips is a certified public accountant in the state of Texas.

Mr. Robert R. Spears, Jr., has been the Chief Investment Officer and Executive Vice President at Capstead Mortgage Corporation July 2006. Mr. Spears served as Director of Residential Mortgage Investments at Capstead Mortgage Corporation since July 2006. Mr. Spears served as Capstead Mortgage Corp.'s Senior Vice President, Asset and Liability Management from February 1999 until July 2006. From April 1994 to February 1999, he served as Capstead Mortgage Corp.'s Vice President, Asset and Liability Management. Prior thereto, he was employed by NationsBanc Mortgage Corporation from 1990 to April 1994, last serving as Vice President, Secondary Marketing Manager.

Mr. Roy S. Kim has been Senior Vice President of Asset and Liability Management at Capstead Mortgage Corp. since April 20, 2015 and has been its Treasurer since 2016. Mr. Kim has over ten years' experience trading residential adjustable-rate mortgage securities at J.P. Morgan Investment Bank in New York and ten years' experience in various senior financial positions at Bank of America in Charlotte, North Carolina. From 2014 to 2015, Mr. Kim was portfolio manager at Regan Capital, a registered investment advisor in Dallas, Texas, focusing on distressed non-agency residential mortgage backed securities. He pursued personal investments from 2013 to 2014. From 2004 to 2012, Mr. Kim was an Executive Director at J.P. Morgan Securities in New York, New York where he was head of agency ARM residential mortgage-backed securities trading and from 1995 to 2004, he was employed by Bank of America in Charlotte, North Carolina, last serving as senior vice president and trading team leader.
