I love my teammates. They are the main reason I've stayed this long. I do like that they have started having weekly trainings because I finally understand some things that I was previously just expected to know.
Treating people fairly. Constructive criticism instead of scolding and gaslighting. Communicating changes within the company instead putting you on PIP for every little thing. ... that whole work life balance is a lie and they don't care about you're family
The people were nice. I just didn't expect to have to interview with more that one or two people then have to wait for several months to get hired. I had given up hope by the time I got the call.
I like dealing with my resellers and my vendor. I like my coworkers. I enjoy working when I can focus on work and not have to keep track of my calls and activity to prove that I was working. The tracking that they use often doesn't track correctly
