What do you like best about the leadership team?
My TA Team leads are the best of the company. They are very caring and celebrate you for all your goals met.
My direct leadership is 100% supportive of me succeeding at my job and also continuing to enjoy what I do.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't receive actual raises, just bonuses that are only taxed at 8% so I take the brunt of taxes instead of the company. Also, all of the perks I was promised upon hiring are gone and the nonexistent HR department goes out of their way to bury benefits that the company offers

I exceed goals and get paid the same as someone who doesn't even reach their goals.

More money. Compensate people according to the cost of living for the area.
