I had high hopes and despite a what I thought was only a few toxic people thought that if I just kept my nose clean and did my job things would work out. Almost 8 years later and I'm still stuck at just below 50K. Everything changed a few years ago and I hate my job.

Like everywhere you work, your experience will depend on your leadership. I have REALLY great and sipportive leadership, flexible and human and very working mom friendly
Great teamwork, team lead is ontop of things and cares about team members
We have great insurance and 401k.
The teams are great. Training is intense but very good, and it continues. There is a lot you can do, so movement vertically or laterally is possible, pay could be better and more transparency in pay opportunity
