We have great insurance and 401k.
The teams are great. Training is intense but very good, and it continues. There is a lot you can do, so movement vertically or laterally is possible, pay could be better and more transparency in pay opportunity
I have been employed by Carahsoft since July 2021. My overall experience has surpassed any experience that I've ever had with an employer. The motivation, positive reinforcement, and support we generally receive from Team and Company management is above and beyond at all times!

I don't receive actual raises, just bonuses that are only taxed at 8% so I take the brunt of taxes instead of the company. Also, all of the perks I was promised upon hiring are gone and the nonexistent HR department goes out of their way to bury benefits that the company offers
