- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I don't receive actual raises, just bonuses that are only taxed at 8% so I take the brunt of taxes instead of the company. Also, all of the perks I was promised upon hiring are gone and the nonexistent HR department goes out of their way to bury benefits that the company offers
