What makes you most happy at work?I like dealing with my resellers and my vendor. I like my coworkers. I enjoy working when I can focus on work and not have to keep track of my calls and activity to prove that I was working. The tracking that they use often doesn't track correctly
What are some of the best things about your team?I love my teammates. They are the main reason I've stayed this long. I do like that they have started having weekly trainings because I finally understand some things that I was previously just expected to know.
What is the best part about your compensation package?Quarterly bonuses are a plus
What would you improve about your company's interview process?The people were nice. I just didn't expect to have to interview with more that one or two people then have to wait for several months to get hired. I had given up hope by the time I got the call.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Treating people fairly. Constructive criticism instead of scolding and gaslighting. Communicating changes within the company instead putting you on PIP for every little thing. ... that whole work life balance is a lie and they don't care about you're family
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I don't receive actual raises, just bonuses that are only taxed at 8% so I take the brunt of taxes instead of the company. Also, all of the perks I was promised upon hiring are gone and the nonexistent HR department goes out of their way to bury benefits that the company offers
