For the most part, my experience so far has been positive. There have been a few negatives. Some people seem to have too much time to be in someone else's business instead of their work. Also, some of the management is really hard to work for.

I have a small team. We work together well and listen to each other. We also learn from each other. We all have difference backgrounds and it helps expand our reach to other teams.

My management team is unlike any other in the company. They are open to feedback and looking to make a better company culture. Previous management was closed off and would not take feedback from their team. Also, never willing to budge on new ideas. Their way or no way.
