Pretty low key. You are not over managed and have the ability to have self autonomy. Leadership seems receptive to changes that employees find would work to the companies benefit.

Workplace that priorities compliance over critical thinking. Speed over skill. Mind-numbing day to day experience with most of leadership promoted due to high metrics rather than management skills.

New management has been a good change from days of Mark Daras and his super ego and testosterone.

Terrible choice for CDO - the guidance for their technology development is poor at best. They had a chance to succeed but made some bad decisions early-on.

My manager and direct supervisor are always there to listen and are just as interested in my personal growth as they are interested in the company growth.

My management team is unlike any other in the company. They are open to feedback and looking to make a better company culture. Previous management was closed off and would not take feedback from their team. Also, never willing to budge on new ideas. Their way or no way.

Most of leadership are just young kids promoted due to high metrics. Leadership could use a lot more training.

There is not a lot of positivity about the culture that I have experienced.

Pay employees more. Care about employees more. Pay for functions outside of work. Give more than a $50 gift card for christmas.

I had to make a fake email just to write this, I'm so concerned about my job. Caris not only got rid of the only management that was solid, they then went onto ridicule and condemn the management they got rid of as if they had no blame.

They don't listen to or fire employees who speak up

Interview process is straightforward and without the pointless hoop-jumping present in most tech interview processes.

It's different now but when I interviewed I had a tour of the lab and that was helpful.
