What did you like most about the interview process?
Interview process is straightforward and without the pointless hoop-jumping present in most tech interview processes.
It's different now but when I interviewed I had a tour of the lab and that was helpful.
It was very straightforward with not much lag time between the interview and the offer.
Caris is constantly hiring. High turnover and lots of growth make it easy to get a job!
They gave me hard questions from all over, good assessment of my skills.
