What needs to change to make the company culture better?Pay employees more. Care about employees more. Pay for functions outside of work. Give more than a $50 gift card for christmas.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Lazy, chatty employees are rewarded. It would be better if the rules were evenly applied to everyone.
