What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager and direct supervisor are always there to listen and are just as interested in my personal growth as they are interested in the company growth.
They are inclusive and approachable
My management team is unlike any other in the company. They are open to feedback and looking to make a better company culture. Previous management was closed off and would not take feedback from their team. Also, never willing to budge on new ideas. Their way or no way.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We receive monthly bonuses and incentives for overtime. Also, great insurance.
Benefits were by far the best
If they IPO, the stock options are nice. If they fall through that was a terrible waste of money.
Sign on bonus is the best part
The salary is competitive and the insurance is very fair and affordable.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The communication. Their intelligence. Their willingness to guide and assist.
My team has great chemistry. My boss does a great job selecting team members.
Close team that is dynamic and is always helping each other through difficulties that the other excels at.

Learning is encouraged and lots of opportunities to learn are provided.
Everyone seems to be treated fairly with lots of diversity and inclusivity.
Friendly, smart, hyper-aware of the competition, and goal-oriented.

There is not a lot of positivity about the culture that I have experienced.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Interview process is straightforward and without the pointless hoop-jumping present in most tech interview processes.
It's different now but when I interviewed I had a tour of the lab and that was helpful.
It was very straightforward with not much lag time between the interview and the offer.
Caris is constantly hiring. High turnover and lots of growth make it easy to get a job!
They gave me hard questions from all over, good assessment of my skills.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love my coworkers and my work is challenging so I am always having fun while working and never get bored.
