What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Learning is encouraged and lots of opportunities to learn are provided.

Everyone seems to be treated fairly with lots of diversity and inclusivity.

Friendly, smart, hyper-aware of the competition, and goal-oriented.

Excellent work life balance and continous growth

There is not a lot of positivity about the culture that I have experienced.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Pay employees more. Care about employees more. Pay for functions outside of work. Give more than a $50 gift card for christmas.

I had to make a fake email just to write this, I'm so concerned about my job. Caris not only got rid of the only management that was solid, they then went onto ridicule and condemn the management they got rid of as if they had no blame.

They don't listen to or fire employees who speak up
