Most of leadership are just young kids promoted due to high metrics. Leadership could use a lot more training.

Lazy, chatty employees are rewarded. It would be better if the rules were evenly applied to everyone.
women are encouraged to "not speak unless spoken to"
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Pay employees more. Care about employees more. Pay for functions outside of work. Give more than a $50 gift card for christmas.
I had to make a fake email just to write this, I'm so concerned about my job. Caris not only got rid of the only management that was solid, they then went onto ridicule and condemn the management they got rid of as if they had no blame.
They don't listen to or fire employees who speak up

One of the people the people for my 5 individual interviews didn't even show up

They are falsifying results and not listening when people escalate.
