
Depends on the teams. On some teams, there's no shortage of work, but teams are not well-equipped to get work done. Team gets burned out. The solution is for the manager to make sure there is staff to get the work done.
Could be better. Feels like it’s a huge thing to ask, when asking to work from home. Also, would very much appreciate the option for unpaid time off
