Wrong: culture, leadership, review process. Can't provide feedback or honesty. Whistle blowers are sought out and punished.
It isn't what they put on posters or the website. the culture is what your immediate leader says it is.
very inconsistent. executive leaders do not care that each MD runs things his own way, reviews, compensation, bonuses all total discretion.
