    If you are looking for a place that recognizes and rewards talented, hardworking people, you will be sorely disappointed. On the other hand, if you thrive off of drama, back stabbing, manipulation, smoke and mirrors, and brown nosing, this will be your castle. If you excel at the ability to stroke egos you have a very good chance of slashing your way up the ranks. If finding an environment where maturity and interdependency are understood and valued by management, and synergy is created as a result, then Christie will not be your kingdom. However, if you feel at home wading thru a moat of codependent leaders who are driven by their ego and insecurity, then Christie will be your playground. Very little cohesiveness exists within the operation, a lot of smoke and mirrors are put up to mask this as each department manager has their own agenda rather than working cohesively together for a common goal. This makes it very difficult and frustrating when interacting with the other departments.
