
My senior director was/is a very talented, bright, intelligent individual just as her predecessor was, however her down fall is that she’s insecure and ego driven. It clouds her judgement causing her to make poor decisions, this stops her from becoming great. She micromanaged my boss and did not allow him to freely manage the RMA team thus putting extra stress on him and the team. Many people left in my last few years because of her but she refuses to see that she is the reason, she would rather blame it on my boss making him the fall guy.
