Everyone on the team truly enjoys working with each other and bouncing ideas off of one another. Everyone has a voice and opinion and the company values them all.

Everyone is allowed to be themselves. The dress code is laxe and so are the rules about what you can/can't say. I feel like I can always speak my mind and not be punished for doing so. It is a company that values every person's input. Plus there are dogs and snacks.
