What's the vibe like in the Sales dept at CloudFlare? How many hours are you working?

Among peers it's great. Most are willing to help out and some have 15 to 20 years experience. You have some lone wolfs that do their own thing but no one really likes them. Management depending what "team" you are on various greatly. One team's manager says that if your not in the office "you are not working." I've heard of people getting told they are abusing the unlimited vacation policy after taking a two week vacation. One even makes their team member's announce when they won't be in the office to the Sales Org. Others are much more mature and treat you as an adult and they expect you to be an adult in return.
