I like they are goal focused and they really aim to do what they think for the company. They think about ideas that are doable and that really help the company standout between other companies that offer managed workforce.
Sometimes, I feel the compensation sometimes doesn't equal the efforts I put into the company. Not referring to money compensation because the salary is really good, but to the emotional salary. That's the one I feel I don't get a lot of compensation
My team is simply amazing. We are aware of what we need to do, therefore, there's no need of micromanagement from our manager nor from the management team. We are all team players that know the team goals and work together to meet them all.
The company environment is amazing. We work in a huge open space that allows us to see all of each other face's. Also, the environment is positive because we're friends, not only workers. The company sometimes does integrations with all the company, so that's also really helpful
Being able to manage my own time, even though I know I have to comply with some tasks, there's not a time pressure whatsoever (that's something that affects a lot the environment). Being able to manage my tasks and assign them during my day in a way that I can do a lot of things, not only work!
