Everything is good, but if we can change the incentives policies, it will give us more motivation to work. New policy just demotivates us. Plus we are not getting appraisal also

We communicate well with each other. We offer each other support

Work load is good, we have to manage things but its good

I am workaholic, so team mates cooperates with me plus my TL is also good
