If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at Cognizant?

I would improve Cognizant's corporate processes and procedures. There is a huge language barrier between the US and India at this company, and some cultural differences. It's very hard to get things done and approved. People you've never met slow you down and fail to pay your invoices.

Building consistency. Since we have too many changes. Start listening to Jr. Managnament
