
I would improve Cognizant's corporate processes and procedures. There is a huge language barrier between the US and India at this company, and some cultural differences. It's very hard to get things done and approved. People you've never met slow you down and fail to pay your invoices.
A little honesty would go a long way. Stop underestimating your employees and act as if you truly value them. When you value your employees they are willing to go to the mat for you and the clients.
