Amazing people, we are a team that fights through the consequences of the bad management from above. The general main work here is to limit the damage by management. My colleagues are nice people with unique resumees and a lot of knowledge.

Give a more detailed outline on what is going to be the job and how it's going to work and how it's going to be paid back because none of that was explained

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management has to be exchanged. HR should listen to complaints about bullying by bosses. The workplace itself is very bad for health and painful, also because of lack of ergonomic adjustment of the desks, an assessment was promissed to come months ago nothing happened.
