Amazing people, we are a team that fights through the consequences of the bad management from above. The general main work here is to limit the damage by management. My colleagues are nice people with unique resumees and a lot of knowledge.

We work isolated, no back up , no sharing
Co-workers are as clueless as the top management. They do the work assigned to them like brainless robots.
They're perfectly fine management needs to do their job. They need to be set up properly to be functional. It all starts from the top.
