Leadership needs to respect middle level employees. Provide proper compensation and set realistic goals.

They need to develop leadership skills and take accountability for their actions.

Leadership needs to stand up on their commitment to the employees. At Cognizant, Leadership is only concerned about client satisfaction, they do not bother to care about those hardworking employees who go to lengths to make that level of satisfaction possible.

Absolutely everything, I'm willing to do their job for them.
