Your manager is hardly concerned what are you doing or valued at client site. If there is no escalations, manager won't interfere.if there is an appreciation from client your manager will simply ignore

They should consider everyone equal first - They cannot think everyone will work 24x7 like some veterans and visa candidates who are tied to company - People who are not tied to company will leave the min they see unfair compensation and treatment.
Focus more on people not only in money
Make sure that employees are paid for the hours they work and ensure a system of transparency and answerable to all levels of company.

Listen to the employees and lower management. There is very little satisfaction at the company, and this translates to people being disgruntled and "pass the buck" with their action items. The concept of team work is non-existent.
