What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Give a more detailed outline on what is going to be the job and how it's going to work and how it's going to be paid back because none of that was explained
Bring in some knowledgable folks who understand technology
need to more specific in the requirement
The hiring process needs more transparency.
If you know a director you wont need interview.
