What kind of interview questions do they ask when hiring someone in the IT department at Cognizant Technology Solutions?

I don’t understand why people ask such questions. You should be prepared to talk about what’s there in your CV, there are some interviewers who sticks to what they know and not adjusting to the interviewee. In such cases it’s better to reiterate the skills or job responsibilities for what you are there.
