
Not good for operations. They don’t offer good pay because they choose unqualified people for the job. Any complaints expecting changes are not heard. If you do complaint to HR they get back to you by cutting out your bonus and raises. Legal complaints are constantly, descrimination happens and treatment is very disrespectful at times causing hostile environment. I did not see happy people in that office yet.
Ir depends on the area. For Operations, many US jobs have been or are being outsourced so people are concerned about their jobs and what is going to happen. There is no severance pay so that makes the concern even more magnified.
