
The dental choices are thru MetLife. There is a Low Plan and a High Plan. You can go to any dentist you like but you get a higher benefit by going to an in-network dentist. The High Plan has a $2500 annual per person max per calendar year and pays a higher benefit percentage than the Low Plan. High plan also has orthodontic benefit that can be used for adults as well as your dependent children. I know the low plan has a lower annual max, no orthodontia and pays a lower percentage but I can't recall the amounts since I have the High Plan. Hope that helps you.
Options are decent. Coverage with Met Life w/choice of having Ortho or no Ortho and the ortho covers adults as well as dependent children. Nice option when you need adult ortho done.
