Mr. Mitchell P. Rales is the Co-Founder of Equity Group Holdings LLC and Danaher Corporation Mr. Rales Co-founded Colfax Corporation in 1995. He is a Principal in a number of private business entities with interests in manufacturing companies and publicly traded securities. He served as the President of Danaher from 1984 to 1990. In addition, for more than the past five years he was Principal in private and public business entities in the manufacturing area. He serves as the Chairman of Colfax Corporation and has been its Director since 1995. He has been a Director of Danaher Corporation since 1983 and Fortive Corporation since July 02, 2016. He served as a Director of Curl, Inc.

Ms. A. Lynne Puckett has been General Counsel, Secretary and Senior Vice President at Colfax Corporation since September 27, 2010. Ms. Puckett has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and she joined Colfax from the law firm of Hogan Lovells, where she is a Partner. She has represented Colfax on several acquisitions, including the announced acquisition of the Baric Group. Ms. Puckett's experience includes a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including venture capital financings, debt and equity offerings and general corporate and securities law matters. A significant portion of her practice involves complex corporate restructurings and cross-border transactions. She has represented companies across many industries, ranging from large international companies to mid-sized and local non-profit companies. Before entering the practice of law, she worked for the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency, where she received the agency's Exceptional Performance Award in 1989. She served for a major U.S. defense contractor as a senior contract representative. She is a member of the bar in Maryland and the District of Columbia. Ms. Puckett holds a J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law and a B.S. degree from James Madison University.

Mr. Christopher M. Hix has been Chief Financial Officer , Senior Vice President of Finance and Treasurer of Colfax Corporation since July 2016. Mr. Hix served as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Vectra Corporation from January 3, 2012 to January 2016. Mr. Hix joined OM Group in January 2012. Mr. Hix served within OM Group from 2012 to late 2015. Prior to this, Mr. Hix spent 13 years in a variety of operating and financial roles of increasing responsibility within Roper Industries, a global industrial and technology company that underwent rapid growth and transitioned from private to public ownership during his tenure. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Robbins & Myers Inc. from August 1, 2006 to December 2, 2011, Senior Vice President from October 2011 to December 2, 2011 also served as its Vice President since August 1, 2006. He has more than 27 years of financial, operational, strategic and capital market experience. He held various corporate finance and business development positions with Roper Industries (diversified industrial products) from 2001 to July 2006 including Vice President of Corporate Development & Investor Relations, Vice President of Business Development and Assistant Secretary. He served as Director of Investor Relations of Roper Technologies, Inc. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Customer Support at Somero Enterprises Inc. from 1999 to 2001. From 1991 to 1999, he was with Roper Industries serving in various senior business unit financial and operational leadership positions. He served as a Director of GMM Pfaudler Ltd. from December 7, 2007 to 1, 2012. Mr. Hix holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Southern California and a master's degree in business administration from St. Mary's College of California. He also holds a certificate of public accountancy from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Mr. Dan Pryor serves as an Executive Vice President of Colfax Corp. Mr. Pryor is a Managing Director focused on U.S. buyout opportunities in the industrial sector. He is based in Washington, D.C. Before joining Carlyle in 2005, Mr. Pryor was Vice President-Strategic Development for Danaher, where he led identification and initiation of major acquisitions as well as various corporate growth initiatives. While in this role, Mr. Pryor championed Danaher's entry into the medical technology and product identification sectors. Prior to this, Mr. Pryor served in various general management and marketing positions at Danaher, including Executive Vice President of Hach Company and President of Pacific Scientific Instruments Company. Mr. Pryor received his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. He received his B.A. magna cum laude from Williams College where he was elected Phi Beta Kappa. Mr. Pryor is a member of the Board of Directors of John Maneely Company, Veyance Technologies, and HD Supply.

Mr. Shyam Kambeyanda has been the Senior Vice President of Colfax Corporation and President of ESAB Sverige AB since May 16, 2016 and Chief Executive Officer of ESAB since May 2016. Mr. Kambeyanda has over 13 years of experience working at Eaton Corporation in USA, Mexico, Italy, China. Having led organizations in the U.S., Mexico, India, Italy, Brazil and China, Mr. Kambeyanda has tremendous global business experience and maintains a keen international perspective on driving growth and business development in emerging markets. Mr. Kambeyanda served as the President of Hydraulics, Americas Region at Eaton Corporation plc since July 2013 and served as its President of Asia Pacific, Hydraulic Business from January 2010 to July 1, 2013. Mr. Kambeyanda served Regional President of the Asia Pacific Region for Hydraulics Business at Eaton Corporation plc from January 2010 to July 1, 2013. He served as the Managing Director of India Operations at Eaton Corporation plc since November 2007 and was responsible for all its businesses in the region and was responsible for developing growth strategies to build its overall presence and success in India. Mr. Kambeyanda joined Eaton in 1995 in the Automotive Group and has held a variety of positions of increasing responsibility in engineering, quality, e-commerce, product strategy and operations management in the U.S., Mexico, Europe and Asia. He served as a Country Manager for Eaton Corporation in India. At Eaton, he served as General Manager of Engine Air Management Operations (EAMO) - Asia, based in Shanghai, China. Mr. Kambeyanda served as an Additional Director of Eaton Fluid Power Limited from September 29, 2007 to October 1, 2013. He is a Six Sigma Green Belt. He holds an M.B.A. from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University in Illinois, a B.S. Degree in Physics and General Science from Coe College in Iowa and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Iowa State University.

Mr. Steven L. Breitzka, also known as Steve, serves as Interim Senior Vice President of Global Operations & Americas at Colfax Corporation. Mr. Breitzka served as Chief Executive Officer of Apex Tool Group, LLC until October 2014 and also served as its President. He served as Vice President and Group Executive at Danaher Corp. He served as President of Fisher Pierce Division at Pacific Scientific Company and its Vice President since 1992. He served as an Acting President of Power and Professional Tools at Apex Tool Group, LLC. Mr. Breitzka worked more than 12 years at leading industrial businesses of Danaher. He served as an Executive Corporate Vice President of Danaher since April 2007, that included responsibility for Jacobs Chuck Manufacturing Company, The Iseli Company, and Delta Consolidated Industries. He led (first as president then as group executive and corporate officer) Danaher Sensors and Controls, a global group of separate and distinct operating companies, from 2004 to 2007. He also served as president of Gems Sensors, Pacific Scientific Aerospace and Fisher Pierce, a power quality business within Pacific Scientific. He joined Danaher 1998. In his career, he has consistently grown market share, improved returns and generated higher levels of cash flow for the businesses he's managed. With significant merger and acquisition experience, he understands the nuances involved with setting up a joint venture. He served as Director at Apex Tool Group, LLC. Mr. Breitzka earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Rockford College in Rockford, Illinois.

Mr. Terry Ross has been a Vice President of Investor Relations at Colfax Corporation since December 2014. Mr. Ross served as the President of American Welding & Tank LLC since November 2009. Mr. Ross served as the President of Crane Energy Flow Solutions, a global manufacturer of valves for the energy and power industries. After serving as a manufacturing leader at General Electric, he developed his strategic and commercial leadership skills at Danaher Corporation. Mr. Ross holds a M.E. degree from West Virginia University and an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was a George F. Baker Scholar.

Mr. Jason M. MacLean serves as Executive Director of Power Generation Operations and Supply Chain Management at Cummins Inc. Mr. MacLean joined Enable Holdings, Inc.(also known as uBid.com) in March 1999 as Manager of Customer Retention. He served as Vice President of Customer Care at Enable Holdings, Inc., since March 1999. From September 1996 to March 1999, Mr. MacLean served as a Senior Consultant at Bain & Company, where he served technology-related clients in both the private equity and strategic consulting groups. Mr. MacLean received a B.A. in English and Russian from the University of Pennsylvania. He has been director of Colfax Corp., since Deecember 2017. Mr. MacLean received an M.B.A. in finance and an M.A. in management and international studies from the Wharton School of Business in 1996, where he was a fellow at the Joseph H. Lauder Institute.
